Description:
This modern villa in Berkel Enschot, The Netherlands is built with a steel frame construction. This construction method enables to hang and fix complete elements such as floors and walls in the load-bearing skeleton construction.
The façade is constructed with fiber cement panels. All around this cladding, Liquid Rubber HBS200 is applied to create an air barrier. Also, the window frames have been sealed to prevent air from penetrating the building. The foundation has been waterproofed using Liquid Rubber HBS200.
