Description:
De Haven Spijkernisse is the newest residential area of Spijkernisse, between the river Oude Maas and the city center with all its shops, restaurants and ifs fantastic theater and library. The project is part of ‘De Elementen’, a large development area of approximately 3000 homes in a new urban district on the Maas. The characteristic wide avenues, large front gardens and beautiful details, such as bell gables, roof overhangs and masonry work, have together created the feeling of the popular 1930s neighborhoods.
Various air barriers have been realized with Liquid Rubber HBS200 at this project, such as around the window and door frames, connection between story floors, transits and vertical connections. An airless pump was used, which made a high daily production possible.
