Description:
In addition to the green-oriented municipal office in Venlo, a new apartment complex will be built. The 95 apartments will be partly built on top of the parking garage of the municipal office.
In order to achieve this, the parking garage on which the building will be built, has been dug open and the surface of the concrete was cleaned. The concrete deck is waterproofed with Liquid Rubber BelowGrade. This waterproofing protects the underlying parking garage from leakage. By using the two-component spray systemfrom Liquid Rubber the result is not only durable, but also quickly accomplished.
