Project: Basement sealing
Description: For this project a residential island is being realized. Upon completion of the 86 homes, consisting of single-family homes to first-class finished apartments, there will be water surrounding the island on all sides. The sheet piles provide an accessible basement, so the concrete surface can be treated with Liquid Rubber. This waterproof layer will protect the concrete surface against the water of the canal that will surround the island.
