At this new modern apartment complex, the parking space of the residents has been taken into account. The newly constructed underground parking garage not only offers the possibility to park at home, but also makes it possible to create a spacious garden at the rear of the complex.
To prevent leakage into the underground parking garage, the entire concrete deck has been waterproofed using Liquid Rubber BelowGrade. With the two-component system from Liquid Rubber, a high daily production is possible. All connections and outlets connect seamlessly, forming a completely waterproof membrane. We are proud that the project leader is very pleased with the delivered result!
